For a more sporting holiday in beautiful Obermaiselstein there's a choice of hiking, mountain-biking, rafting, Nordic walking, golf and paragliding – these are the highlights during the warm months of the year. Hiking through the snow and skiing, both downhill and cross-country, are of course the main attractions in winter, with direct connections to the Allgäu's best winter sports centres. However, thanks to excellent transport connections we are also a popular destination for northern Europe, easily accessible by car or by air via Memmingen airport.
